Devastator Update: Scrapper and Mixmaster!!

Update on my custom Devastator!!

Scrapper and Mix master now complete!!

I'll show the alternate modes later!!

2 more and devastation is complete!!

ROTF Ravage Repainted!!

Took some time off Devastator to repaint this: ROTF Ravage!!

WHen i saw this fella on the shelves, i thought ot myself probably i could practice repaints on this kitty!!

Never had the drive to collect movie stuffs...so i bought this just for practice...lol

Devastator update: Bonecrusher!!!

Finally completed Bonecrusher after a month!!

But still not happy with the paint coat, uneven...patches...maybe i should really consider air brushing...gotta get that airbursh out of the cobwebs...hehehe

Also, encountered what i had feared...PAINT WEAR!! at all the balls joints....HELP!!!!

Custom Devastator Update 23 May 09

Now into the paint phase....really didn't this would be that difficult..

even more difficult than the building stage!!

Have to be aware of the wear wear at the joints and rotating parts.

must sand down these parts to prevent paint wear.

Must make sure they are in uniform color...meaning i can't just do each constructicon one by one...the paint is custom mixed, everytime i mix, it'll be different and the problem is i did not record down the "concoction"!!!! SHUCKS!!!

Custom Devastator Work-in-progress

Done up the arms....no clear coats yet but soon....didn't realise it'd be so tedious...

My First Custom Combiner...Devastator!!!!

This idea came from one of the greatest customiser in the TF world, Frenzy_Rumble, whose website link is provided in this blog....of course credits to him and all others which i have asked for help and consulted in TFW2005 forums...

Finally everything is coming into place in themidst of messing around with my 11 months old baby.

It is really satisfying to complete the project (although this is yet to be complete)...especially now i can see the fella being put together...next difficult phase would be the painting of this monster with the thought of paint wear at the joints...have to think seriously through on that...anyway, i'm enjoying the whole process.....til all are one!!!

My Custom Transformer.....PUNCH/COUNTERPUNCH!!

I am currently doing some custom transformers....starting off is the Transformer Double Spy: Punch/Counterpunch. This fella can turn into an Autobot and a Decepticon....The figure which i used is a Transformers universe sunstreaker......Following pictures shows work in progress....I repainted Sunstreaker into Blue.

Front view of robot form Blue color Sunsteaker...
The rear view of the robot form

The legs.

The arm.

There are still works and touch up to the figure yet to be completed....especially the task of forming 2 sided head with 2 different faces...
