Hero dog!!!

This clips shows a dog saving his fellow species in a busy highway.

The first dog was caught in an accident by a vehicle and was left there either dead or to die...nobody went to the fella's help....

Out comes this Hero dog who dashes across the highway and slowly brought the injured dog to the road shoudler by dragging with his paws and jaw...

Man, damned that driver of the vehicle!! Did not even stop to look at the poor pup...

This goes to show how humans are beahving towards animals..just can't be bothered....even a dog is more humane....*sigh*

Precious Meimei

Here's my precious maltese Meimei of 9 years.
One hell of a rebellious kiddo this fella but we all love her absolutely.
We were very worreid that she might get jealous after Caden was born...but turned out that she cared for Caden as much as anyone in the house...there was not a drop of jealuosly at all.
Times when Caden woke up crying in the room, and we did not hear his cries as we were in the kitchen or watching TV in the living room, Meimei would coming running, calling us to tend to Caden...I have personally seen meimei jump up the bed and look into Caden's sarong (Caden is sleeping in a sarong cradle which is just about the height of our bed) to see how is he doing....
We are so appreciative towards this girl...she is so smart and loving....

Found another dog again!!!

My mother-in -law found another abandoned/lost doggie again! This time round it looks like a german shephard and golden retriever mix.
The dog is a male, probably about 1 - 2 years old judging from his playfulness.
He is not agressive at all, just playful. Doesn't pee or poo at homeand has to be brought downstairs for toilet matters twice daily.
My female maltese couldn't go well with this fell, otherwise i'd sure keep him.
Anyone who wants to adopt or claim him can email me at zeke1209@hotmail.com.
He's an adorable cutie!!

Le Le has passed on......

Le Le, the dog which we found on National Day last year on the main road of TPY Lorong 1 has passed away in the early morning of 26 June 2008.
Le Le was mainly cared for by my mother-in-law and was a jovial addition to the family....we do not know her actual age but it is estimated that she could be well over 12 years of age.
My mother-in-law was very distraught.....sadly, we brought her to cremate and now awaiting her ashes.
At least we know that she is no more in pain and has no more suffering from illnesses...
GOODBYE LE LE!
THANKS FOR THE JOY U HAVE BROUGHT US...

LOST & FOUND: Doggie on the road

As we were on the way home on Thursday 09 August 2007 22:30hrs, just outside the carpark at Toa Payoh Lorong 1, was a dog right in the middle of the road. i had to stop my car to avoid collision with the dog. She did not even try to dodge the car. My wife went down to carry the dog and we eventually brought her home.

The dog is a female, very weak and thristy. Most probably she had been abandoned after the AVA decided to implement new laws and fines about dog licensing.

We decided to keep the dog and named her "Le le" . Lele is very weak, skinny. she couldn't even walk stablily. The first couple pf days Lele was ok until Sunday night when she suddenly woke up in the middle of the night crying and whimping very loudly. Limping, she looked as if her right hind leg was badly injured. This continued through the night and also, the next day. My wife and i took turns to look after her through the 2 nights.

We decided that we had to take her to the Vet.......so poor thing....
