Phew, finally managed to participate in this year's JP Morgan Corporate Challenge...Did a 40 mins and 27 secs...
cannot be fussy on that one taking into consideration that i never even trained or did regular exercise...
Last year i registered for the run too but was late by 30 mins...by the time i reached, every one was like almost reaching the finishing soon...got ridiculed by colleagues or a whole year for that...
this year, i made sure that i get there on time to participate!!
Legs are all aching now...shucks....come to think of it, the run is actually quite enjoyable though shack....prehaps i should consider regular jogging....
